If not Scrowp theme reserve the right to report the store owner to Shopify and may see its account suspended and website shut sown by Shopify without notice.

Scrowp Theme reserves the right to take legal action against any individual, third-party, stores, website or any other source found to be violating this policy.

Licence

Every Scrowp theme version comes with alifetime licence assigned to each Shopify store, if in the case you would like to change your Shopify store URL, or/and upload the theme to another Shopify store which belongs to you or to your business, you must notice us in order to not infringement our terms of services.
