The problem
The brand was suffering from low conversion rate, slow site speed and lack of revenue.
The solution from Scrowp
The brand turned to the Shopify expert Marouane RHAFLI to check the brand conversion rate issue and propose a solution to save the brand.
Marouane analyzed the competition first, then rebranded the site with a new premium Shopify theme, redesigned the homepage, added the relevant keyword to increase the organic traffic, then proposed to run paid ads to test the Conversion Rate.
Another approach we proposed to our client is adding an affiliate program to increase the Off-site SEO, get new high quality backlinks and get new orders from affiliates.
The result was stunning, the Conversion Rate has increased by 3% after few days, and the organic traffic increased by about 12% after just one month.
