Refund request must fully meet all of the following conditions :
- You are within the first 14 days after your order.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team by email at admin@scrowp.com
- Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins or software, site modification by a third party developer/agency will not provide grounds for a refund.
No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
When should I get my refund?
Once we receive your refund request, and once we validate your refund (generally within 1 business day), you’ll get a mail confirmation.
Note : refund may take up to 24hrs to appear in your original payment method statement.
